Parwin Tajwid |
|
|
Born
in Mashhad in 1961. Studied animation direction in
IRIB Film School. Started her work in IIDCYA (Kanoon)
as a teacher of painting in 1982 and after
finishing in 1993, joined the "Cinematic Affairs"
department of the IIDCYA. Filmography: The Lonely
Ringdove, The Veil of Illusion, The Stories of
Aunt Ra’na and Aunt Nessa, The Story of the Little
Piece of Cheese, The Most Beautiful Song,
Adventures of Atlasi (series), The Child (series),
a number of short interludes and teasers and
opening logos including the logo of the Second
Tehran International Animation Festival and book
and press exhibitions of children. He has been
working with Saba Cultural and Art Center since
1995.

Mohammad-Reza Sharifi |
|
|
Born
in 1951. Studied Persian Language and Literature
in Tehran University and Radio and Television in
College of Dramatic Arts. Has been teaching
photography and cinematography in a number of art
universities and participated in production of
more than ninety short films as director of
photography, writer of narration, producer and
director. Member of Board of Society of Iranian
Cinematographers, member of Board of Directors of
House of Cinema, and participation in production
of more than fifteen feature length films as
director of photography are part of his
professional activities.

Mehrdad Sheykhan |
|
|
Born
in Tehran in 1965, he studied graphics and
animation. Started his professional career in
Graphic design and animation filmmaking in 1987.
Member of the juries of 3rd Student Film Festival
and annual feasts of House of Cinema in 2001 and
2002. Winner of silver and crystal birds of the
Second Tehran International Animation Film
Festival (2001), Candidate for the best animation
film in the annual feast of House of Cinema
(2001), winner of the best animation award in
Young Cinema Festival (2001) and the best
animation film in Student Film Festival.

Fa’ez Alidousti |
|
|
Born
in Tehran in 1968. Studied visual communications
(B.A.) and animation (M.A.). Started his
professional career as animator and caricaturist
in 1994 and has participated in a number of short
productions and animation serials projects. His
other activities include: executive manager of a
number of animation commercials, editor of the
animation section of Cinema Industry film
magazine, member of jury in Second Student Film
Festival, Young Cinema International Film Festival
(2001) and a member of caricature exhibitions.

Hadi Yaghinloo |
|
|
Born in Tehran in 1974, he studied ceramic
engineering in university. He joined IIDCYA (Kanoon)
in 1991 where he worked with Vajihollah
Fard-Moghaddam on animation commercials. Black
Crow, Red Pencil, his directorial debut, produced
for IIDCYA, won the Golden Bird Award for the best
animation for children and young adults in the
First Tehran International Animation Festival as
well as the Bronze Bird Award of the same
festival. Since then he has been working as
special effects designer for feature films and TV
serials such as The Land of Love. |
