Born in 1969 in Mexico City. Since
1988 has been living in Guadalajara,
where he studied communications
sciences at ITESCO. After
Guitarmorphosis, his first video short
and An Eye for an Eye ,he received a
grant. In 1998 he founded Calavera
Films and began producing Down to the
Bone. |

Synopsis: The film is motivated by Mexican
tradition of celebrating death. Fancy
skeletons that appear in the film are a
tribute to the art of Jose Guadalupe Posada,
nineteenth century famous Mexican plastic
artist. |
