The
animation Department of "Rank Xerox" Branch in Iran was
formed in 1991, and embarked upon investing on computer
animation by recruiting enthusiastic individuals.
Following three years of experience in 2D and 3D
animation and numerous interesting exhibitions for Xerox
Co., the animation team separated in 1994 in order to
form Hoor Animation Company in the same year and to
engage in professional work. Hoor Animation has played
an important role in regards to quality, volume and
diversity of their production.
During the past 13 years, Shahab Kasraiee has thus had a
constant endeavor as executive director of Hoor Cultural
and Art Company. Hoor started its official and
professional activity with the production of ISIRAN
Institute commercial teaser in 1994. The major
characteristics of their commercial animations are
focused on character designing art direction, artistic
lighting, and active editing.
In 1995 Hoor made its first educational animation the
well-known "Electricity Saving" which was followed by
"Ba Ba Barghi" series. The new 60 part "Traffic Culture"
